Natural Veneer Selection
Our company is close to the biggest wood veneer market in China. Most of the wood veneer manufacturers or wood veneer suppliers have warehouse here. Customers can come and select what they need. We focus on natural dyed veneer and engineered veneer, while we often work with our customers to source natural wood veneer for their specific projects. It’s inconvenient to visit China and select wood veneer for each order. We are your reliable suppliers who can select and source the right veneer for your project. Our team is your team, and our veneer specialists are also yours.
Research & Development
Each year, we will study the color trends, and develop our new collections. And many of our customers send us samples of natural dyed veneer or engineered veneer for color matching. For natural dyed veneer, we will need 3-4 days for sampling; for engineered veneer, it will take around 7 days for sampling. We provide free sampling service for our customers at freight collect.
Veneer Jointing & Layons
Once you have selected your veneer, the next step is jointing into layons.
After dyed veneer or engineered veneer are ready, then you need to join veneer leaves to form a whole piece of veneer with fixed length and width,4’*8’ , 4’*9’, or 4’*10’.
Why you should buy the jointed veneer directly?
1. It can save a lot of freight cost for you. We can put more quantity in the container when veneer is jointed to be whole piece. We pack it in a standard pallet instead of random length
2. It can save a lot of labor cost and processing time for you. When you receive the veneer, it’s already whole piece of veneer. You can press the veneer on plywood or MDF board directly.

Bespoke customization-texture, inlay, and with pattern
If the standard designs of dyed veneer or reconstituted veneer aren’t quite what you are looking for, we can offer bespoke customization of your own design.
We have developed texture, inlay, and with pattern. You can choose a veneer from our vast range of natural veneer, natural dyed veneer, and reconstituted engineered veneers and pair it with a texture or pattern of your choice. The creative opportunities are endless.

Matching edge banding
We supply edge banding and wrapped veneer in natural wood veneer, dyed veneer, and reconstituted veneer. We can also make it finished with uv coating. Edge banding rolls come in different thicknesses and widths.
Real wood edge banding is used to cover the exposed edges of veneered panels. It will give the panel the appearance of natural solid wood. Most veneers can be used for edge banding, except for more fragile species such as burrs and some heavily figured veneers. You can choose veneers with a similar appearance to instead.

Profile Wrapping
Profile wrapping is a solution to veneering areas of intricate detail and shape such as architraves, door frames, skirting, wood cladding, wall panel, and furniture parts. The trend of wrapping profile is to feature a wood grain finish. Wrapped profile enables these areas to tie in with the veneer being used across the rest of the project. The veneer is wrapped around the profile of the substrate, usually MDF, finger joint pine panel, plywood, even aluminum, steel, and vinyl substrates. Wrapping profile will give the appearance of a solid wood timber.
We supply veneer rolls for profile wrapping in many veneers across our natural wood veneer, dyed veneer, reconstituted engineered veneer. All orders are bespoke and a minimum order quantity will apply.
Reconstituted Veneer Production
Our raw material are ayous and basswood, which quality is better than poplar.
Our raw material must be inspected and graded with strict control. This is the first step to make a sucessful reconstituted veneer.
After raw veneer is ready, we will bleach and dyeing, next is the most important process: 3D reconstruction.
In order to shorten the delivery time for customers, we have a total 3000 m3 of semi block and finished veneers. If you have any rush orders, and select from our regular colors, we can delivery within 3days.
We are the only manufacturer who can make the length of 3.42meters. And we can make 4’ * 8’ whole piece veneer, it can save a lot processing time and cost for customers.

Step #1: Raw veneer selection and test
Select the right raw veneer for a dyed veneer project is the most important thing. There are various natural defects in raw wood veneer. Our veneer specialists know well which defects can be bleached, and which can not.
Sept #2: Wood veneer preparion for bleaching
We put the veneers in cage one piece by one piece.
Step #3: Wood veneer bleaching
The essence of wood veneer dyeing is to “reshape” its color. The first step of "reshaping" is to "fading" the veneer, usually bleaching with hydrogen peroxide. There are tens of thousands of bleaches on the market, why did we choose hydrogen peroxide? You may have the answer - for environmental protection! Hydrogen peroxide is not the most efficient as a bleaching agent, and it is expensive, the process is much more difficult. But the purpose of Veneerhub veneer is to make production more environmental friendly and make natural dyed veneer more safe in our life.
Step#4: Wood veneer dyeing and color fixing
After bleaching, next step is "dyeing color". We use top quality dyes. We calculate and proponent the dyes needed for the design through precise calculations, and control the temperature, pressure, and time to allow the dyes to fully penetrate into the inside of the wood veneer.
Step#5: Wood veneer drying
After dyeing, we will use wood veneer drying machines to make our dyed veneer dry. Wood veneer drying is very important. If we don’t dry dyed veneer properly, it may have quality issues during air freight or sea freight. The moister content is very important.
Step#6: Wood veneer leveling and cutting; Final quality inspection, measuring, labeling, packing and shipping.
After dyeing and drying, dyed veneer is not so flat, we must use leveling machine to make the surface flat enough.
There will be some cracks or splits after wood veneer leveling, we will use veneer cutting machine to cut the size of each bundle to be uniform.
Before packing, we will do 100% final quality inspection.Then we measure the size, make label and standard packing for exporting.
For exporting, we will use standard plywood pallet to protect our wood veneer well to avoid damages during transport.
